WHO WE ARE

Lions Camp Pride is owned and operated by Lions District 44H

Hidden among the stunning forests of New Durham, Lions Camp Pride offers a unique outdoor atmosphere for any organization looking to create a special bonding experience.

 

Camp Pride is available to be utilized by non-profit groups and educational institutions for their special programs including conferences, retreats, and youth or adult camps.

MISSION STATEMENT

Acknowledging the purpose of Lions Camp Pride worldwide is to serve our
communities, and recognizing the need for an accessible, affordable and quality camp and conference facility, the Lions of Eastern New Hampshire, District 44-H join together to build such a facility in harmony with nature, to maintain it for future generations and to make it available to non-profit groups, providing programs of benefit to their participants and, thus, to society as a whole and; we endeavor to support both individual growth and meaningful social interaction, to serve as excellent stewards of the environment, to safeguard against discrimination and injustice, and to meet all who visit with compassion, respect, professionalism and joy.

Lions Camp Pride sits on 371.5 acres with 1,100 ft of waterfront on Merrymeeting Lake.  

 

Each of our eight Youth Cabins can accommodate 20 campers and 4 staff and include private restrooms and showers. Our dining hall can seat 150 people with a maximum capacity of 200. Also on premises is a staff cabin, Arts & Crafts building, Health Center, One-on-One cabin, and an Office that includes WiFi, printing, four private staff rooms, and more.

 

We offer so many recreational opportunities, there is sure to be something for everyone: waterfront with docks, swimming, canoeing and kayaking, hiking trails, archery, low ropes course, sand volleyball, and so much more.
